EPIC Membership and Voting:

If you live in, or work in East Phillips, or own property in East Phillips you may be a voting member by simply indicating your desire to be an EPIC member on any general membership meeting sign-in sheet. There are some bylaw stipulations which relate to property and business owners. Check with the EPIC Chair.
