EPIC is the Citizen Participation Organization for the East Phillips Neighborhood in South Minneapolis.

Boundaries:

East Phillips is bounded by Bloomington Ave. on the West, Lake St. on the South, Hiawatha Ave. (Hwy. 55) on the East and on the North the boundary follows E. 22^nd St. to 17^th Ave. S. then South to E. 24^th St. and then West to Bloomington Ave.

The EPIC general membership meetings are held on the SECOND Thursday of each month at Oliver Presbyterian Church. Meetings start at 6:30 PM and adjourn no later than 9:00 PM. The meetings are held in the quiet room just off the Sanctuary. To reach the quiet room, enter at 2647 Bloomington Ave. S., Minneapolis, MN 55407.
