EPIC is the Citizen Participation Organization for the East Phillips Neighborhood in South Minneapolis.

Boundaries:

East Phillips is bounded by Bloomington Ave. on the West, Lake St. on the South, Hiawatha Ave. (Hwy. 55) on the East and on the North the boundary follows E. 22^nd St. to 17^th Ave. S. then South to E. 24^th St. and then West to Bloomington Ave.

The EPIC general membership meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month at the Holy Rosary Church Conference Room. Meetings start at 6:30 PM and adjourn no later than 9:00 PM. To reach the conference room, enter on the 18^th Ave. side of the church at 2424 18^th Ave. S. under the “OFFICE” sign.
