EPIC's plan, so far, reflects the concerns neighbors have expressed in EPIC's major door to door survey and community meetings. More than 170 survey responders have helped to determine trends in the needs and desires of East Phillips residents. Your input is important. |

This survey is an assessment of the neighborhood's needs and wants and will determine how EPIC spends remaining NRP funds. Note: 70% must be spent on housing & only 30% can be spent on programs.
Also note: City Hall removed 50% of all neighborhoods' allocations so EPIC's funds are limited. |
